We consume more of all these things instead of drinking water we drink more tea, coffee, alcohol, it has a profound effect on the digestive system of our body, we even get gas in our stomach, in the winter season, our appetite also increases, so we seek to eat spicy food. You can get rid of constipation by drinking its juice or eating it as it is. Because it contains an enzyme called bromic which keeps our digestive system strong.

You can also include papaya in your diet. Papaya contains plenty of potassium and calcium. Papaya keeps our digestive system clean, you can eat it anytime of the day.
