A healthy diet is quite easy to follow. Everyone has different ways of having a healthy diet that’s why it feels complicated to live healthily in the era of junk food.

Very first thing is always try to understand the contain in the food that we are going to have. If those contains are good for health the must have it else ignore it totally or take it in limit.By eating too much or by taking wrong diet, we get constipated. Some other tips to healthy diet plans are as follows…

1) Leave tea and coffee, you can take fruit or breakfast at this place, you will not feel good for a day or two, but once you get in  this habit, you will feel good.

 

2) In lunch you should have pulses, sprouted grains, and vegetables, also add buttermilk in your lunch, it protects our food well and also protects us from gas and indigestion.

If you feel like eating junk food, then as much as possible, you can cook and eat at home, whatever you find tasty, or any such snack which is made at home, which you have to go anywhere and you can also take it with you. Leaving our home food, we are more attracted to the food found in closed packet boxes that they look more tasty which do not contain nutrients, they will not give you energy. And you may be physically weak. Mood is also connected with cleanliness. If the place where we live is clean, then our mood is also good. You should regularly clean your house or room wherever you live.
